The State of Nevada sends greetings to the above-named defendant: TO THE DEFENDANT: This action is brought to clear the title to ninety-two (92) condominium units located in the building commonly known as the "Belvedere Towers" at 450 North Arlington Avenue in downtown Reno, Washoe County, Nevada ("the Property"), more particularly described in the following. The Plaintiff claims title to the Property by virtue of Plaintiffs purchase of the Property at a duly-conducted tax sale on April 27, 2011, and seeks to terminate the putative interests in this property of all persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the Property adverse to Plaintiffs ownership or any cloud upon Plaintiffs title thereto. A civil Complaint has been filed by Plaintiff against you for the relief set forth in the Complaint, concerning the ninety- two (92) condominium units located in the building commonly known as the "Belvedere Towers" at 450 North Arlington Avenue in downtown Reno, Washoe County, Nevada.
