How to Join a Webex Hearing ? Laptop or Computer

1. If joining from a laptop or computer, click on the meeting link for your hearing. 2. Click "Join from your browser."

3. Your web browser may ask you to download and install an extension for WebEx. Depending on your computer, you may have to select "Run" to download the application.

4. Enter your first and last name and your email, then click "Next." 5. You can turn your microphone and camera on and off with the icons at the bottom of

the screen. When the icons are red and crossed out, it means you are muted and your camera is turned off. Please mute your microphone unless you are speaking and turn your camera on during your hearing. 6. When you are ready, click the green "Join meeting" button.
