Publications

Maintaining a list of publications on the second page allows a student to submit each page of their resume independently when an employer has a strict one-page resume policy. If the employer has a one-page resume policy but asks for a list of your publications, insert your contact information/header at the top of the page so the employer knows who the list belongs to.

-ALTERNATIVELY-

Publications

When the employer will accept a two-page resume, there is no need to repeat your contact information/header at the top of the page. Instead, your second page will begin with the heading, “PUBLICATIONS.” In these cases, you may want to add a footer that says, “Your Name, 1 of 2” on the first page, and “Your Name, 2 of 2” on the second. That way, if the pages are accidently separated, a recruiter will easily be able to put your resume back together.
