Some people don't even know they bully, and they won't unless the victim speaks out. Many victims, though, don't feel they have the courage or selfesteem to do something about their bully. They are so hurt inside and feel so worthless that they may even start to believe their bully.
Suicide is closely tied with bullying and harassment. According to Yale University, "Victims of bullying are between 2 to 9 times more likely to think about or commit suicide than people who haven't been harassed by a bully."
In the cycle of bullying, one per-
son who is hurting causes another to feel the same way. Bullying is a cycle of hurt and tears and frustration that needs to stop.
If everyone would only remember the Golden Rule, "Treat others how you would like to be treated," what a wonderful world it would be!

This year's spring musical, Cats, has held auditions and will start rehearsals this week. The cast and crew will have a busy two months of rehearsal ahead of them, and the rest of us are looking forward to seeing the final product in April!

Aquarius (1/20-2/18): You will doubt yourself throughout today's activities and feel that everything is wrong and different. Don't give in to these feelings; instead, stand up and be proud of who you are. Everyone makes mistakes, but that doesn't mean you have to constantly remind yourself of your own. Do your best, and don't forget to show a smile once in awhile.

As the winter season comes to an end, most of us just want it to be spring already and not have to deal with shoveling snow out of the driveway, scraping the ice off our car windows, and most of all simply dealing with the cold.
At the beginning of winter, it's nice to have the air chill and the season change, but after a while it gets a bit irritating. However, just because you want spring to get here quickly doesn't mean you shouldn't enjoy what's left of the snow.
There are so many things you can do to enjoy the last bit of snow. For example, you could have snowball fights with your friends, make snow angels, or go ice skating.
If you've already covered those ideas, try some new unique ones. You can go snow knee-boarding instead of just regular sledding. This could add a bit more of a thrill and make going down the hill more of a challenge. Also, if we get enough snow, you could even try to build a snow fort with your friends.
There tons of things you can do, even if you don't go outside. For example, you can just relax next to the fire while sipping some hot cocoa, or you could spend time with your family by doing a puzzle together.
The most important thing is to just enjoy the season while it lasts because winter will end soon, and then it's spring. So before all the snow melts, take the time to enjoy this last bit of snow while you can.
Pisces (2/19-3/20): Throughout February and March, your cycle will start out normal but will soon be sprinkled with excitement and wonder here and there. Try to do something out of the ordinary; don't be afraid to get out of your comfort zone.
Aries (3/21-4/19): There is a time and place for everything, so don't give up hope yet. You will meet someone important by the end of February--watch out for them!
Taurus (4/20-5/20): If you have someone that thinks lowly of you, today is the day to make a stand. Don't let arrogant people be the judge of you!
Gemini (5/21-6/21): Today is the day you start planning a vacation for yourself. You have been filled with wanderlust from day one, and you are not waiting any longer. Go see what country calls out to you, and imagine the possibilities.
Cancer (6/22-7/22): Be careful with what you wish for. Remember to think before you speak because otherwise you could upset friends or family members.
Leo (7/23-8/22): The most important person to you might be a little preoccupied, but that doesn't mean they don't care. Make sure to remember that, and don't get your feelings hurt just because they're busy.
Birthday Cake in a Cup
BY SAMMI SIMONSEN
Have you ever felt like you want to sink your teeth into a gooey, moist slice of cake yet didn't want to bake one?
Instead of baking a cake, take a stroll down to you local Starbucks for a little slice of heaven in the form of a birthday cake Frappuccino.
Ask your barista for a vanilla bean frappe with a shot of hazelnut for this sweet treat. This recipe was discovered on a secret menu found on Pinterest.
A little piece of cake would total about 170 calories, while a tall version of this dessert drink is roughly 380 calories, which is a pushing the unhealthy side. Yet sometimes a person just needs to splurge and take a sip of this version.
Take my advice and sip your birthday away instead of using a fork.
Virgo (8/23-9/22): Many people in your life will be stuck in a funk this week. They might be thinking too much about their problems, so try to help them out.
Libra (9/23-10/22): It may have started out challenging, but February is now full of good times and happygo-lucky moods. Your luck will pick up by the end of the month.
Scorpio (10/23-11/21): You will have an unexpected guest arrive at your home today. Treat them well so that good karma can shower upon you and reward you for your deeds.
Sagittarius (11/22-12/21): Today many people will try to bring your mood down. Don't let them. Instead focus on all of the positive people in your life. Maybe even dance goofily to one of your favorite songs, not caring what others say about you.
Capricorn (12/22-1/19): Think twice before spending a large amount of money on useless items. Remember your money can run out at any moment, so don't make that happen even faster.
