Security Bank & Trust Co. is looking for a Full Time Personal Banker to educate and assist customers with their banking decisions. Hours include Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation.
Responsibilities ? Manage customer bank accounts; open, close and oversee transactions ? Investigate issues with banking services and accounts ? Refer customers to inhouse financial experts, as needed ? Reach out to potential customers to generate new business ? Present financial products and services to existing and prospective customers ? Build long-term relationships with clients and cross-sell them our products
Skills ? Knowledge of personal banking practices and regulations ? Familiarity with banking software ? Ability to work diligently to meet deadlines ? Excellent communication skills ? Customer-oriented approach to handling problems
