Employee, faculty, and advising information can all be found here. Eventually, this will be a replacement for WebAdvisor.Student Planning is a module of Self Service that allows students to register, plan for future semesters, and view their progress toward their degree. Log in to Self ServiceAccess Student Planning from: (should we set up a Go link for Student Planning?)Log in using your Calvin username and passphraseA menu will display with links you can use to view different information. Some links may not be relevant to your roleChoose Faculty to find information related to your role as a faculty memberView your Courses & RostersThe Faculty page is where you will be able to see your current and future rosters, and where you will assign grades to students. Course will be sorted by term. To view a course, select the course name. You can return to your list of courses from any tab by selecting Back to Courses.Once you have selected a course, select Roster to view a list of students registered for the selected course. The roster will include student ID numbers, class level, and email. You can email any or all students and export your class roster from this tab.Enter GradesWhen you are ready to begin entering final grades, click on the Grading tab.The main Grading page gives you an overview of the students enrolled. You cannot enter grades from this view.Select the grade you would like to work with from the toolbar -- Final Grade or Midterm. To enter and submit a grade, click the drop-down menu and select the appropriate grade from the list.NOTE: Not all grades in the list will be relevant for a particular course. For example, a course that is credit/no-credit will still show letter-grade options. You will have to select the grade appropriate for the course.Once you have selected grades for every student, there is nothing further you need to do. (There is no submit button.) You can view the grades you’ve entered by going back to the Overview tab. ................
