Determining Large Mail using Outlook Web Access

Viewing Large Mail using Outlook Web Access

For an easy way to review the attachments that are putting your e-mail account over quota, follow the instructions below. Remember, if you are over quota, you can receive, but you cannot send e-mail.

1. Click on the Size heading to sort your e-mail by the size.

2. Windows Only - You can now delete multiple messages at one time by clicking on one choosing the Shift key and clicking on the last one. To choose non-consecutive items, use the CTRL key instead of Shift.

3. To review attachments (which are usually the culprit), open the reading pane on the right.

4. Click on a message that contains an attachment.

5. In the reading pane the attachment will be listed with its size in parentheses, making it easy to determine which mail is taking up the largest amount of your e-mail quota.
