Closed toe, athletic footwear must be worn. Footwear must be clean and dry. Indoor shoes are preferred.

Certified personal trainers are available to help you learn more about your body and the benefits of exercise

while creating a basic fitness and nutrition program to help you meet

your goals.

Available in one, three, five or

ten sessions.

Membership Discounts

Dual Discount

Work out with a friend or family member! When two people purchase the same

membership type for the same length of time, at the same time, each will receive a 10 per cent discount off the price of their

membership.

University/College Student Discount

Full-time Students enrolled in a postsecondary institution are eligible to receive a

20 per cent discount.

A full time student card and/or class schedule are required to show proof of enrollment.

Sports Team Discount

Register as a sports team and receive a discount on all membership types.
