Primary purpose of the roleThe Senior Remuneration Advisor is responsible to –a. Support the development of the Cluster remuneration framework and strategy, including the delivery of critical remuneration projects; andb. Provide analytics and expert advice to the business and deliver solutions on remuneration, including evaluation of roles.Key accountabilitiesLead and support the implementation of key remuneration projects, as identified through the development of the remuneration strategy and framework reviewSource, analyse and model the remuneration data as part of the design and implementation of the remuneration strategy and framework related projects. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manipulate large datasets with ability to produce meaningful analyses & metrics. Manage data including integrity protocols, ensuring compliance with the team’s risk management framework.Monitor the effectiveness of current framework, providing proactive reporting as sand when required.Support the improvement of internal processes to ensure efficiency of outcome to internal clients.Provide advice and implement executive remuneration and benefit solutions supported by internal and external market analysis; and support the development of appropriate executive employment contracts ensuring alignment with TfNSW standards and policy Advise, support and manage non-standard requests including above-band salary applications.
