|Vice President of Health Center Operations |

|The Vice President of Health Center Operations is responsible for assuring that all aspects of patient care are executed with the highest level of |

|customer service and care. The VP of Health Center Operations will provide senior administrative leadership for the Medical Management Team, which |

|consists of Medical Director, Director of Clinical Services, Director of Risk and Quality Management, Director of Data Analytics and Informatics, |

|and Customer Experience Manager. The Vice President of Health Center Operations is responsible for the total business management of PPMHV Health |

|Center Operations. The Vice President of Health Center Operations is responsible for all state, federal and PPFA compliance requirements. |

| |

|ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: |

|Provides senior administrative leadership for the Medical Management Team (Medical Director, Director of Clinical Services, Director of Risk and |

|Quality Management, Director of Data Analytics and Informatics, and Customer Experience Manager.) |

|Works closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and Medical Director in transformation of PPMHV services to meet evolving requirements of the |

|Performing Provider Systems and for full participation in the Medicaid Incentive Payment program. |

|Oversees clinical expansion and transition to primary care |

|Responsible for the total business management of health center operations |

|Oversees the effectiveness of the Risk and Quality Management Program |

|Oversees the Data Analytics and Informatics team to establish metrics required for regulatory, financial, and quality reporting. |

|Responsible to ensure clinical staff compliance with data entry |

|Collaborates with the Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Clinical Services to develop strategies and objectives to meet patient needs or to |

|serve new populations |

|Manages employee issues and resolves grievances |

|Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements |

|Works with Director of Clinical Services to ensure Accreditation readiness |

|Establishes and monitors a peer review process |

|Participates as a member of the Security Team |

| |

|EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: |

|MBA or MA in Healthcare Administration preferred |

|Minimum of 5 years supervisory and/or management experience required |

|Management experience at a senior level, preferred. |

| |

|This a full time exempt position based in the Newburgh Health Center with travel to other sites as needed. Flexibility in schedule is required as |

|you will be required to work some evenings and weekends. |
