a. My normal strategy: preach at them and complain about them.
i. Not everyone has the gift of evangelism and we did not have structure in place to engage people in discipleship
2. The discovery
a. Coming to Living Word Church four years ago. I spent most of the time planning from week to week and finding myself frustrated and overwhelmed.
b. Some trusted friends helped me become more strategic and purposeful
