IE: This setting ensures that the latest versions of your OLGA Application PDFs are displayed. 1. Click the "Tool/Gear" icon at top right.

2. Choose "Internet Options". 3. Midway down the page, under "Browsing History", click the Settings button. 4. "Check for newer versions of stored pages" is probably set to "Automatically". Change it to the

first option, "Every time I visit the webpage." 5. Click the OK button. 6. Click the OK button. 7. Done. You should not need to close your browser. Chrome: This clears your cache so you will get the latest version. 1. Click the 3 dots at top right:

2. Choose "Settings". 3. Scroll to bottom of the page and click "Advanced". 4. In the first group (Privacy and Security), click "Clear browsing data":

5. Check "Cached images and files" and then click "Clear data":
