There are a couple of ways to use the Spelling & Grammar Checker:Option 1:Select the “Review” tabThen, select “Spelling & Grammar”This will launch the Spelling & Grammar checker “Wizard” or mini-program. Starting from the beginning, the Spelling & Grammar checker will identify spelling errors underlined in red, grammar errors underlined in green, and format consistency errors underlined in blue. The “Wizard” will methodically walk you through each error and offer suggestions for correction where available. Option 2:As described above, all spelling, grammar, and formatting errors in MS Word will be underlined in red, green, or blue. An alternate way to use the Spelling & Grammar checker is to “Right-Click” with your mouse, on the underlined error and use the menu that appears to find suggestions for error correction.Errors related to sentence fragments, word usage, or format consistency are difficult to offer suggestions for correction since the Wizard does not understand interpretation or meaning.
