INTRODUCTION Welcome! We are pleased to have you as a student of the Washington Adventist University Department of Medical Imaging. We are proud of our program and the success of its graduates. Our goal is to assist you in becoming the best Radiographer you can be. At the end of this two-year period you will have acquired the knowledge and experience to be a qualified Radiographer. You are the key to your success in this program. With your determination and our guidance you are sure to succeed. This handbook is provided to help you. In it are all the regulations by which the school is operated. You will want to keep it and refer to it when necessary. Again, welcome to our school. We are looking forward to working with you.
