Crisis Management: Remote Working powered by Microsoft 365 and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure

The COVID-19 situation continues to evolve daily around the globe. Organizations, institutions, educational facilities and others have been directly affected by the coronavirus outbreak. Adopting a modern workplace removes physical

boundaries and allows a mobile workforce to continue to be productive.

Main Components include: Microsoft 365 Suite, a secure, robust, and scalable Software as a Service

including but not limited to Teams, OneDrive, and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Online) Microsoft Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) to run (multi-session) desktops and applications from anywhere Security and monitoring of your expanded IT infrastructure including provisions of Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) paradigm

Additional components to respond to COVID-19: Company Communicator Application (in Teams) Microsoft Crisis Management Application (PowerApp) Additional Microsoft applications including COVID-19 Chatbots which assist

HR Business Units and Helpdesks respond to inquiries Organization wide Teams implementation (up to 5000 employees)

Initially Azure Active Directory needs to be activated. EY will work with you to

Enable all identities to Azure Active Directory

Rapidly assess main pillars of the current infrastructure to support O365 , including endpoints, network bandwidth, etc.

Management of identities and devices powered by InTune / Company Portal. We will work with you to:

Implement the security configuration to safeguard corporate data on personal and corporate devices based on the organization's policies (e.g. multi-factor authentication, sandboxing, etc)

Implement the BYOD policy, to accommodate the lack of hardware resources (workstations)

Conversational Bots1 allow users to interact with your web service through text, interactive cards, and task modules. These prototype bots are typically useful in scenarios such as automated notifications, feedback scenarios, and interaction that can be resolved in a single request-response cycle. extensible, secure and compliant healthcare experience with pre-built templates for COVID-19 assisting users in getting access to trusted and relevant healthcare services HR Support bot is a friendly Q&A bot that brings a support professional/expert from the HR team in the loop when it is unable to help,

Proposed Microsoft Teams Structure:

Organization wide Team: Create a special single team for the whole organization (up to 5000 limitation by Teams) which will be customized to accommodate approved activities per role and crisis management team.

BCP Response Team: A single Team so that all core participants of the BCP / COVID 19 response virtual team can internally coordinate across departments

Teams per functional area/BU: Create a Team per functional area so that managers can effectively work together and communicate with their team and direct reports

Company Communicator App: The Company Communicator app enables corporate teams to create and send messages intended for multiple teams or large number of employees over chat allowing organization to reach employees right where they collaborate.
