The HOA also has samples of these colors if residents or Sherwin Williams requires assistance This is the list for your information.

Clay is the color used on the columns, trim & the garage doors on the models which need paint. If your garage door is white on the inside it has been painted. All others only need to be cleaned with car wash. Only the garage doors on Rufus King Ct. and the left side of Regiment Blvd. and lower Brigade are the older ones. Check to be sure before you paint your doors .
