In addition the following individuals who regularly use GLIS should have a CAC card. Hired students accessing Sierra: notify the hiring Program manager at your garrison that the student needs a CAC card.Volunteers that use Sierra on a regular basis (of course they must not replace paid employees – AR 608-1, 5-9, c). Talk to your local ACS Volunteer Coordinator about what must be done to get library volunteers CAC cards.
