1. Visit exchange.mercy.edu 2. On the right hand side of the screen enter your Mercy College full email address and leave the
password field blank
Enter your full Mercy Email address in this field
Leave this password field blank
3. Press Enter on your keyboard.
4. You will now be redirected to the webpage below. Please enter your Mercy College email password and click Sign In.
5. Once Signed in, select the correct Time zone from the Time zone drop down menu then click Save
6. You will now be signed into your Office 365 Exchange account
