THIS MEANS THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO QUIT AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON. CIU ALSO HAS THE RIGHT TO END THE EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT CAUSE OR NOTICE. NO STATEMENT, EITHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, BY ANY EMPLOYEE, OFFICER, DIRECTOR, OR AGENT OF CIU CONTRARY TO THIS PARAGRAPH OR THESE GUIDELINES, SHALL HAVE ANY FORCE AND EFFECT, UNLESS IT IS SIGNED BY THE PRESIDENT OF CIU.
