GETTING READY

Wash your hands, surfaces, and utensils.
Ask your baby's doctor if you need to boil (sterilize) utensils, bottles, nipples, rings, and water for mixing before use.
If water has been boiled, let it cool to room temperature.
MIXING GUIDE (STANDARD DILUTION)

Pour 4 fl oz of water into clean bottle. Add 2 unpacked level scoops of NeoSure, using only the scoop in can, and return dry scoop to can.
Pour 6 fl oz of water into clean bottle. Add 3 unpacked level scoops of NeoSure, using only the scoop in can, and return dry scoop to can.
Once mixed, store formula in the refrigerator right away; use within 24 hours.

Use opened can contents within 1 month.
Cover opened can and store at room temperature. Avoid extreme temperatures.
