A bunch. So much so that you start to roll your eyes when you see a another tired old platitude. Then you see this book, and you think And it is. Such a simple book, and yet it was able to accomplish in the 10 minutes it took to read something that other books which took hours never could The simplicity of this book allows you to think about how this applies to you instead of distracting you with yet-another-tired-example.

Also, upon opening the first page, I smelt a very musky type of odor. I chalked it up to whoever read it before me, since I checked it out from the

library, until I got to the page that was infused with a scent meant to embody optimism.

I love that idea but I am a person rather sensitive to smell and found it a bit off putting as I read.
