Table design option one:

For the first table design there will be large floral centerpieces for each table in white and blush color flowers. The table ware will be white dishes with clear glasses and gold or silver silverware. There will be a blush color drapery over the tables and simple gold and white chairs.

Table design option two:

For the second table design there is be large centerpieces that really draw in the eyes. The tables will be more of a long wooden table with no drapery. The table ware will be clear glass plates and glasses with silver silverware. The chairs will be of a simple but elegant look to match the tables.

Table design option three:

For the third table design there will be floral centerpieces with candles around the flowers. The chairs will be blush pink with gold and the flowers will match being blush and white. The table drapery will be a blush pink satin and the table ware will be clear glass.

Wall design option one:

For the first wall design there will be a flower wall filled with fresh real flowers of a mix of blush and cream flowers. All the walls will be filled from ceiling to floor of drapery to create a beautiful elegant look.

Wall design option two:

For the second wall design behind the bridal party table there will be a bunch of drapery and lighting from the floor beaming onto the drapes. Over the dance floor and flowing down the walls there will be sheer drapes with lighting.

Wall design option three:

For the third wall design there will be sheer drapes with lighting behind the drapes. These will be behind the bridal party table. Another wall element will be a simple curtain with some design in front, perfect for taking pictures in front of.

Statement piece option one:

For the first statement piece there will be a flower wall. The flowers will be peonies, roses, and gardenias in the colors that match the wedding. (blush, white, and pinks)

Statement piece option two:

The second statement piece will be flower arches on each of the entryways.

Statement piece option three:

The third statement piece option will be a dessert table with many different types of desserts that the guests can enjoy whenever they please.

Emotional Anticipation:

The invitations I would use would include the announcement of the special day with the save the date included. The cards will be simple and include the blush and cream color scheme. They will have a simple floral design located somewhere on the card that matches the aesthetic of the theme.

The arrival of the bride and groom will be in a more classic car to match the elegance of the wedding theme. It will be on the lines of white Rolls Royce that would draw the attention from all of the guests.

Emotional Atmosphere:

Upon arrival of the guests, they will come upon a floral entrance with a sign that welcomes them to this magical moment. There will also be a guest book that my friends and family can sign and leave a note if they desire.

The colors for the wedding will be more neutral colors such as light grays, blush pinks, and cream colors. The lighting will be more of a dimmer calmer setting. The main point of attention will be all the floral bouquets especially as center pieces for the tables. The table settings will match the blush pink theme and so will the chairs. All of the fabrics will be

silks and chiffons.

Appetizers and dinner will be served by waiter.s. There will be a menu that the guests will get to choose from a few different options such as chicken, steak, or salmon.

As for the bar area, there will be one designated bar towards the back of the ballroom.

There will be a dessert bar on the side of the ballroom. There will be delicious treats such as cupcakes, cake pops, tiramisu cups, and the cake will be an option as a dessert once the bride and groom has cut into it.

For the beginning of the reception during dinner time, there will be a live orchestra playing. Once everyone is done eating a live DJ will begin and everyone will get down on the dance floor. There will be a few first dances but after those are finished everyone is welcomed to join together and have the best time on the dance floor making lasting memories with each other. There will also be a photo booth that will print out photos for the guests to take home.

I will have something small as a wedding favor at each table setting for each guest. After the wedding I will send out individual thank you notes to everyone that attended.
