3 Steps to Trump Checks
No matter your political affiliation, every day, hard working Americans are saying "Thanks Trump!" due to a special "loophole" that allows you to collect checks in the thousands of dollars every month! Today, I'm going to show you how you can get in on these "Trump Bonus Checks" and start living the life of leisure you've always dreamed of. The best part is, these checks aren't dependent on what's happening right now at the White House... ...and you don't have to worry about the up and downs of the market either. You can collect Trump Checks any time... anywhere... Here's everything you need to know about cashing in on these checks... Plus, 5 companies you'll want to consider buying right away for the biggest "Trump Check" payouts.
How To Retire Rich With "Trump Checks"
What are "Trump Checks" and how do they work? This could be a banner year for corporate profits. The reason: Trump's tax cuts. Since the Trump tax cuts became reality in mid-December, 2017, S&P 500 earnings forecasts have surged about 10% higher. That puts this year on track to be a banner year for corporate profit growth. It's projected that nearly $5 trillion... yes trillion... will come back to the U.S. in the form of corporate tax breaks and buy backs. The best part is, companies that are flush with newfound cash will be in stronger financial shape, and able to return that money to shareholders through increased dividends and share repurchases, giving a more lasting boost to the stock price. Some companies will benefit from these tax breaks more than others. In a moment, I'll reveal my top five favorite companies to collect "Trump Checks" from. But first, here are three steps you need to take in order to begin collecting "Trump Checks."
Step One: Set Up a Broker
The first step to any method of investing is setting up an account with a brokerage firm. There are plenty to choose from that do business directly from an online account you set up. Below are a few brokers you might want to consider if you don't have an account set up yet. Most brokers require a minimum account balance and also charge a commission fee per trade. Please keep in mind, Seven Figure Publishing and Agora Financial don't back any one particular broker. Do your due diligence in choosing the right broker for you. This is simply a good jumping off point when deciding which broker is the best fit for you.

Step Two: Choose the Right Companies
There are thousands of companies on the market that pay out dividends. It's one of the safest and most reliable ways to grow your income. But not all companies are the same. There are two very important criteria I look for when it comes to the companies paying out the best "Trump Checks"
1. A dividend yield of 2% or higher 2. A low dividend payout ratio
Both of these factors are a testament to the health of a company. Through my research, I've identified 50 companies that fit this two-factor ranking and are the "darlings" for collecting "Trump Checks". (see table on the next page)

While all 50 of these companies are great chances to collect regular "Trump Checks," here are my personal favorite:
? Aflac (AFL) ? Automatic Data Processing Inc(ADP) ? Union Pacific (UNP) ? Cincinnati Financial (CINF) ? Microsoft (MSFT)
Pay special attention to Aflac, because its payout date is quickly approaching!
Important Note: These 50 "darlings" plus my top five are not officially tracked in the Infinite Income portfolio. Whichever companies you choose to buy, never invest money you can't afford to lose.
On the flip side, I recommend you stay away from these 50 "disaster" companies, all of which have low yield dividend payouts with a high payout ratio -- totally unsustainable if you want to regularly collect "Trump Checks":

Another thing you want to consider is frequency of payout. Every company is different, so pay attention to the payout schedule so you know when to look for your checks. The most common payout schedules are monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually.
Step Three: Do Your Research... And Watch the Checks Roll In
Once you've set up a brokerage account and chosen one of the numerous companies I've outlined above, the rest is fairly simple: Lay back and watch the checks roll in.
Because I won't be tracking any of the companies mentioned in the official model Infinite Income portfolio, I want to give you a few pointers on how to track your "Trump Checks."
There are numerous resources at your disposal to track the dividend yield, payout ratio and schedule for any company on a major exchange. But the most straight forward is .
Simply enter the ticker for a company you own and you can find all the important payout information at your disposal.
Take one of my top 5, Aflac (AFL), for example:
Here you see the dividend yield (good!), the payout ratio (good!) and the annualized payout per share, paid quarterly (So you know when to put on your robe and check your mailbox for that "Trump Check"!) You can also find dividend history -- important data to determine the sustainability of a stock's payout.

Keep Your Eye Out...
I'm constantly scouring the market, looking for the best income opportunities for you. As I've mentioned before, while dividend investing is a surefire way to steadily grow your income, never invest money in the market you can't afford to lose. And always pay close attention to what's happening with your investments. To access the Infinite Income portfolio of officially tracked stocks, click here. And be on the lookout! The next "Trump Check" could be on its way soon! To growing your income, Mike Burnick
