Year-One Goals for the Individual Induction Plan (IIP)

Single-Subject Credential Program Completer

The following goals for professional growth have been written by the individual program completer in consultation with CSUN program faculty. The goals reflect the competency level demonstrated on evaluations conducted during clinical practice. This plan is organized by the six Teaching Performance Expectations defined by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing. The goals should become foci for work during the program completer’s Induction Program, to continue to advance the professional growth begun in the CSUN Single-Subject Credential Program.
