VIBZ Scholarship 2020

Black Hills Federal Credit Union is pleased to support youth education by offering eight $2,000 scholarships for VIBZ members to help defray the expense of post-high school education. Applications must be received by February 21, 2020. Recipients of the scholarships will be announced no later than April 3, 2020.

? Must be an active VIBZ member who joined BHFCU prior to November 30, 2019.

? Scholarship applicants MUST be high school seniors, 19 years of age or younger, and enrolled in VIBZ at BHFCU.

? The scholarship is designated for the 2020-2021 school year and must be used to attend an accredited vocational school, technical school, college, or university. The award will be disbursed in equal parts between the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 terms.

? Employees of BHFCU, BHFCU volunteers, and their families, are not eligible for VIBZ Scholarships.

? Scholarship recipients must provide proof of full-time enrollment each semester and remain BHFCU members, in good standing, in order to receive scholarship funds.

? Incomplete or late applications will not be considered for the scholarship.

? Applicants will not be discriminated against based on gender, race, religion, or national origin.

If any item is not received by the deadline, the application will be considered incomplete and withdrawn from consideration. It is your responsibility to follow up with your school and references to ensure documents are submitted in a timely manner.
