USIC, LLC ACQUIRES SAFE SITE UTILITY FIELD SERVICES of Colorado

INDIANAPOLIS, IN ? USIC, LLC (USIC), the largest underground utility locating and damage prevention company in North America, today announced it recently acquired Safe Site Utility Field Services (Safe Site Inc.-- ) in Loveland, CO, according to Michael B. Stayton, USIC's President & CEO.

Safe Site specializes in subsurface utility engineering, underground utility location, hydro excavation services, private utility location services, and a variety of other specialized services, currently operating in Colorado and Texas. Stayton also announced Guy (Skip) McIntosh III, who with his wife, Diane, co-founded Safe Site in 2005 in Windsor, CO, will become a Company Officer at USIC as its new Vice President of Compliance.

"Skip and Diane McIntosh along with their son Justin McIntosh established a very successful, highly respected underground locating business that has grown substantially to serve Colorado and Texas, which fits well with USIC's expansion plans," Stayton said. "Skip will be an outstanding addition to our Leadership Team to head up the Company's compliance and regulatory efforts."
