Our Mission Statement

At Thomas McGee we take pride in our unique approach to serving your risk management needs. Our "BEYOND INSURANCE" process is centered around:

1. Being THERE for You: Simply being THERE for you when we are needed or when it is convenient - is not enough. Our team of professionals is dedicated to being THERE for you 24/7 ? 365 days a year.

2. Serving as Your OUTSOURCE RISK MANAGER: We do not consider ourselves to be insurance brokers. Insurance is a small part of what we do. Rather we are in the business of mitigating and managing risk ? an OUTSOURCE RISK MANAGER for growth oriented middlemarket companies that do not have the luxury of an inhouse Risk Manager.

3. DIAGNOSTIC in Our Approach: Our in depth process is DIAGNOSTIC in nature. It is critical that we have a thorough knowledge of your business and work with you to identify risk before developing strategies or implementing risk transfer/insurance programs. Ultimately those strategies and programs must be monitored as your business grows and changes.

4. Creating RAVING FANS: It is our sincere hope that by discovering unrecognized problems and providing unanticipated solutions that you, our client, will become a RAVING FAN and introduce Thomas McGee to others who will benefit from the "BEYOND INSURANCE" process.

Financial Size Category (FSC) To enhance the usefulness of their ratings, A.M. Best assigns each letter rated (A++ through D) insurance company a Financial Size Category (FSC).
