EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR EMPANELMENT OF SMALL ADVERTISING AGENCIES

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. wishes to empanel small advertising agency/ies of repute for handling routine, statutory, branding / non-branding communication jobs. For the initial screening process, expression of interest is invited from agencies meeting the requisite criteria.

The agencies should have creative expertise, in house media buying ability and office located in Mumbai City.

Interested agencies are requested to submit their EXPRESSION OF INTEREST in writing along with all relevant documents in sealed envelopes to be dropped in the tender box kept at the following address by 3 PM on 21.03.2016.

Work experience in handling Govt./ PSU jobs is desirable.

Recent experience in handling advertisements from Govt. departments is desirable as BPCL also releases similar advertisements from MOP& NG and these advertisements which are released at DAVP rates, are sensitive in nature considering tight timelines, protocols to be observed in designing artworks etc. Keeping in view the confidentiality of handling our assignments As required under vendor registration process

Technical Round and submission of commercial bids

In addition to meeting the above criteria, financial evaluation of the agencies will be carried out based on the balance sheets / profit and loss performance to qualify for technical round.

The bidders meeting the above criteria will be invited to do a presentation to a selection committee based on a given brief as part of the technical bid.

The shortlisted vendors will be required to submit their financial bids.

BPCL reserves the right to seek any additional information / documentary proof and do scrutiny if need be in connection with registration of vendors.
