For all points of sale, except KCC farmer’s market, we harvest and distribute the same day. For KCC we harvest, chill over night, and sell in the morning. Our present cold storage is limited to a 108 cubic foot chiller, but in June 2005 we will install a 760 cubic foot reefer, which will have an alarm system to monitor possible power outages. ................
