Getting Started

Initial Login - Existing Member

With the update to our current Online Banking platform, you will be required to select a new password to access your account. The great news is, there is a self-service option available to select a new password.

1. Go to and enter your Username and click Log In.

2. Click Forgot Password?

3. Accept the disclosure by clicking the box next to "I Agree". 4. Click Continue.

5. Confirm your identity by entering the required information. 6. Click Continue.

6 7. Select the contact method to receive the temporary password. It can be sent via

email or SMS (text message). 8. Click Continue.

9. You will receive notification that the temporary password has been sent. 10. Enter your Username. 11. Click Log In.

12. Enter the temporary password. 13. Click Log In.
