I just registered, the site stated it was mailing me a temporary password via my email but I'm not finding the temporary password email in my inbox? The email is coming from Credit@. Some email providers will filter it into your Spam or junk mail folders.

I'm trying to change my password, but the site is not accepting my temporary password, how do I fix this? When copying the temporary password from your email to the website, copy and paste it versus retyping it in. If it does not work; select Forgot Username / Password, under the If you forgot your Password? Enter your email address in the User ID, then under the If you forgot your password click on the Reset Password box, answer your security questions and you'll receive a new temporary password.

I'm trying to pay with my credit card but it's not accepting it. Snap-on Credit can only process Visa & MasterCard.

I have a prepaid debit card and I'm getting a decline message, but I know I have money on the card, why won't it be accepted? Most prepaid cards have to be registered with the prepaid card company to make web payments. On the prepaid card is a contact/registration phone number for the card.

On the Make a Payment tab, under Payment Method: select the Credit Card/Debit Card option. When your credit card information comes up, above the Credit Card Number field is a box that states Save this card information for future payments, uncheck the box and enter your new credit/debit card information. If you'd like to save the new card information, recheck the box once updated.
