To be eligible to enrol in a dual degree program you must ensure that you satisfy the entry requirements for both programs.

Once enrolled it is your responsibility to ensure that you complete all the requirements for each section of this dual program in order to graduate with both degrees. The following information is designed to help you plan your enrolment to meet this goal. Please note that this is intended as a guide only and students should check the scheduling of courses each semester

You are not required to submit this program plan for approval. However, if you have any concerns about meeting degree requirements, especially when nearing the end of your program, please contact the relevant Faculty for advice.

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

You must complete a total of #64 for the program.

Bachelor of Applied Science (Integrated Resource Management) Section Requirements:

❖ #32 from the BAppSc list comprising-

- #28 of prescribed ‘Integrated Resource Management’ courses; and

- #4 elective courses chosen from the BAppSc list; and

❖ 30 Days Industry Practice Work Experience

Bachelor Social Science Section Requirements:

❖ #32 from the BSocSc list comprising-

- all #18 core courses

- all #12 from either the Development or Social and Public Policy major

- #2 of elective courses

ECON1120 The Economics of Social Issues (sem 1 only)

( Students are required to undertake SOSC3201 and SOSC3211 in consecutive semesters in their final year.
