Fast Track Sign Up

Under the new system, Fast Track patients will be able to enter their own orders through digital kiosks in the waiting room. These orders will be transmitted electronically to the dispensing area to be filled. Patients will be notified via text message when their order is ready for pick up and payment. The actual transaction will still take place within the dispensing room.

The system isn't completely ready yet, but we're taking sign-ups now.

So how does it all work? Great question. We've outlined the process in 5 simple steps below.

Step 1: Go to the link to sign up for an account

Visit fast-track-signup and get the process started. You can visit that link from a computer at home or a mobile phone. It will take you to the screen below (Desktop version shown). Hit the "Sign Up" button next to the green arrow. *Note - this is similar to what the new menu will look like once it's complete.

Step 2: Enter your cell phone number, which will serve as your log-in ID for Fast Track at the dispensary Please note that a cell phone number is required for this part of the process. This is the number that you will use to log-in to the portal in the dispensary for Fast Track orders and it's also the number where you will receive text updates, should you choose to receive them. Hit the "Next" button.

Step 3: Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email address and hit "Next".

Step 4: Create your password

Hit "Finished". You're now signed up. Step 5: If you'd like, you can configure your account and enter more information

After hitting "Finished", you'll see the welcome message shown above. You can select "Configure account" if you want to enter information like Birthdate, Address, and even your medical marijuana ID number. This is not required.

Step 6: Stay tuned for more info on the new electronic Fast Track process in the dispensary. We'll be providing more information as we get closer to launch. As a reminder, the Fast Track line is only for experienced patients who have purchased medical products from our dispensary before. These are patients who have a deep understanding of medical marijuana and do not have any questions about products on the menu. Unlike the regular line for the dispensing area, there will not be an opportunity for patients in the Fast Track line to ask detailed questions of our trained Patient Care Consultants.
