Playing multiple songs continuous in Power Point

Playing multiple songs continuous in Power Point

Playing music with a Power Point can get pretty frustrating when your music ends before the next songs plays. If you just simply add music to you presentation you have a few choices on how you would like to have your music played. One option is to simply loop your music until the completion of the presentation. This can look very unprofessional if your music clip is short while your presentation is lengthy. The other option is to insert different music clips into your presentation by having different songs starting at the beginning of different slides. This is difficult because you have to time your slides just right so that are no spaces between clips. On top of that, songs may stop abruptly at the end of one slide while starting a new song at the beginning of the next slide. To solve this problem, there is an option of putting all of your songs onto a CD. Microsoft Power Point gives you an option of playing songs continuously without interruption. To do this, follow these steps.

1) First you will have to have a CD with all of the music clips you wish to play during your presentation.

2) Once Power Point is opened, you should head up to the toolbar. Click on “Insert”

Once finished simply click the OK button. This will add a CD icon to the present slide. A box will automatically appear asking if you wish to start the audio automatically or wait until the icon is clicked on

If you wish to just simply add songs without the bother of a CD you will have to follow some steps that might end up giving you a headache. To add songs together for continuous play without a CD you need to download two programs if you do not already have them installed on your computer. The first program will convert songs into WAV format. The second program will add the songs together. The first program can be found at . This is only a trial version which can only be used for 15 days.

Once you have this program on your computer you just simply add songs to be converted by clicking the “Add Files” button. After this, you need to select what format you want to convert to.
