The Mission of Trinity Lutheran Church is the preaching, teaching, baptizing and

Sharing the love of Christ in our church, our community and our world.

SS & Bible Class meets every Sunday @ 8:45 am

Trinity Choir and Men's Glee practice meets 1st and 3rd Wednesdays: Trinity Choir @6:30pm and

Men's Glee @7:30pm

Trinity Ringers practice every Wednesday at 5:30pm

Braille Ministry meets every Monday at the school at 9am and 1pm.

Lutheran Youth Fellowship (LYF) Teen focused Bible Study and Fun Activities--4th Sunday of the Month--6-7:30pm

The Mt. Vernon Ladies Bible Study will meet at 7 pm. the second and fourth Monday. Contact the church office for information.

Radio broadcast of Trinity Lutheran Church services may be heard on radio station KKBL (95.9) and the radio KKBL website and app. The live stream broadcast can also be heard at using your computer, tablet or smart phone.

Music Concert May 22 at 2:30pm "Joyful Songs of Praise"

Choirs, solos, duets, (instrumental and vocal) - all will be contributing favorite selections from the past church year. Come and hear your favorite hymns one more time as we appreciate and celebrate the variety of musical gifts and talents in our church, and the beauty and wonder that music and singing adds to our worship.

The Church Picnic is on Friday, July 8th and Volunteer Workers are

Needed!

There will be a sign-up sheet in the Narthex to volunteer to work at the picnic starting this Sunday, May 22nd to June 5th, especially if there is a particular job you want to help with!

If you cannot make it to church to sign-up, please contact Jeanell Stockton to volunteer at 417-737-0698.

Please join us on June 6th at 1:30 pm for the monthly meeting of LWML in the Fellowship Hall. Our program will be viewing an episode of "The Chosen", depicting people, especially the disciples, and events in the life of Christ as we have read in the Gospels. Everyone is most cordially invited to view this film. Please note the location change - the Fellowship Hall -- to accommodate multimedia technology. All are welcome to attend. (There is no business meeting this month.)

Church Office Hours:

On Tuesday's, starting on May 31st and going through June the office will be open between 10:30am to 3pm.

Hours for the remaining days are staying the same, 9am to 3pm.
