• HOMEWORK REQUESTS: The Front Office will help to obtain homework for you for a non-school related absence if you are absent for two or more days. School-related absence homework should be obtained from the teachers prior to the absence. You must call the Front Office by 9:00 a.m. to receive homework by 3:45 p.m. The teachers will expect the requested homework to be completed, if at all possible, when the student returns to class. Specific class absences/homework for fewer than two days should be addressed with the teacher via email.

• Students have access to their own grades and attendance through the Scottsbluff Public Schools website () and Infinite Campus. Each student has their own account with login and password. The password for school network access and Infinite Campus access will be the same. NEW! An unofficial transcript is now available through the Portal. This can be used for insurance purposes and when INITIALLY applying to colleges that require an unofficial transcript upload. Any official final transcript will still need to be requested through the Counseling Office.

• Parents are also able to access their student’s grades and attendance and unofficial transcript through the website () and Infinite Campus. If you desire access, please visit the Counseling Office between 8:15-3:15 p.m. Previous year’s login name and password are still active!

• Before your final transcript can be forwarded to a post-secondary institution after graduation, you must authorize this action IN WRITING by completing the appropriate form which will be available in the Counseling Office. We can’t send it if we don’t know where to send it! Once you graduate, you are considered an adult and you are the only person who can request your transcript be released.

• If you take any classes through WNCC, Chadron State or NTCC @ Curtis, you must request a transcript from that school be forwarded to the school you will be attending after graduation. Your college credits do not come from Scottsbluff High School and will not be included on the SHS transcript. This also includes any summer classes taken for dual credit for high school graduation!

• It is YOUR responsibility to get all fines paid, books returned, and equipment turned in before you graduate. This includes any and all “old” holds placed on previous report cards. You will not be able to pick up your cap and gown and we will NOT release your diploma and final transcript until your account is completely cleared. Take care of this NOW—don’t leave it until the last minute!
