COURSE OBJECTIVES/STUDENT OUTCOMES:

Students will attain an acceptable level of proficiency in the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing. Oral proficiency will be expected and target language is to be used in classroom conversations. Oral proficiency will be measured by formal and spontaneous presentations before the class and in written reports and activities.
