ORDERING BOOKS FOR YOUR CLASS:

Latin American Humanities instructors have been ordering books through Labyrinth Bookstore (), located on 112th and Broadway, New York, specializing in scholarly press. You may order books in person or by filling out the online form: .

ORDERING DESK COPIES AND EXAMINATION COPIES:

Publishing houses will send you desk copies of required books. Order them by phone or by fax. Here is a list of most common publishers from whom instructors have ordered books in the recent semesters and their contact information:

Feminist Press ()

Feminist Press provides examination copies and desk copies. Examination Copies are available at 20 percent off list price. Requests must be made on school letterhead and include course name and number, year and semester, and estimated enrollment. Pre-payment is required in the form of checks, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. School purchase orders are also accepted. Address all requests to The Feminist Press at CUNY, 365 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10016, Fax: 212-817-1593, Attn: Exam Copy Request. Desk copies will be provided free with every adoption of 12 or more copies per title. Requests must be made on either a pre-printed desk copy request form or school letterhead and should include a copy of the adoption invoice or purchasing slip from your bookstore. Requests will be filled with slightly hurt inventory when available.
