2003   Part of the collaborative team (PALS for Health, Clinica Para Las Americas, Bienestar Human Services) in Los Angeles, CA in charge of creating the translation and Interpretation training protocol as well as the promotion of the initiative to engage health care providers in the State of California into cultural sensitive/Professional Translation and Interpretation Services for monolingual speaking patients. We created the posters and the “I need interpretation in ______” cards statewide.
