|Post Title: |Performance Administrator |

|Main Purpose: |To provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Performance and other key staff in delivering |

| |the performance related aspects of Scottish Hockey’s Business Plan. The role will also be required to work |

| |co-operatively as part of the wider administrative team delegating and accepting project work as and when |

| |required. Based at the Glasgow National Hockey Centre the postholder will play a key part in the delivery of the|

| |international and domestic events portfolio hosted by Scottish Hockey. |

|Responsible to: |Head of Performance |

|Salary: |£18,000 |

|Office: |National Hockey Centre, Glasgow |

|Hours: |37 hours per week |

|Key Areas of Work: |

|Operational Responsibilities |Provide logistical support where required for all Scotland's National Squads, Managers, Coaches and Officials in|

| |both training and competition environments. |

| |Provide a lead or supporting role in the organisation of international events staged by Scottish Hockey at the |

| |GNHC or other venues. |

| |Research and book venues, accommodation, and transport as required by international squads. |

| |Provide up to date information for the Scottish Hockey website and social media platforms. |

| |Co-ordinate International Umpire and Officials' appointments, updating the appointment website. |

| |Maintain International training and competition calendars for all international and domestic performance events.|

| |Provide administrative support for the Performance budgets and cost control process. |

| |Lead when designated and assist when required with the co-ordination and administration of International and |

| |domestic performance events hosted by Scottish Hockey. |

| |Liaise with key members of the international teams to ensure smooth delivery of all performance programmes. |

| |Maintain and build relationships with key commercial and logistics partners. |

| |Provide support to the administrative team as required, including any other reasonable office duties as required|

|Monitoring |Regular meetings with Head of Performance to plan, review, monitor and evaluate performance operations and |

| |budgets. |

| |Periodic meetings with relevant coaches and managers to monitor logistics and budgets. |

| Reporting |Provide reports as and when necessary for the Head of Performance and Chief Executive Officer. |

|Targets |To be agreed with the Head of Performance and monitored against the agreed strategic and operational plans. |

|External: |Preferred Accommodation Partners, Corporate Travel Partners, other National Associations, Glasgow Life and all |

| |other performance facility providers. |

|Internal: | Head of Performance, CEO, Communications Manager, National Senior Team Coaches and Managers, National Age |

| |Group Coaches and Managers, Administration Team |

|Measures and Targets: |Personal measures will be set through discussion with the Head of Performance in line with the SH Strategy and |

| |Business Plan. |

| |Measures and targets will be reported on and reviewed under the following: |

| |Impact in the short and long term |

| |Partnership effectiveness. |

|Reporting |Prepare, submit and / or present reports as and when required, to include but not limited to: |

| |National Age Group Coaches and Management Teams |
