Spectrum TV and Internet Deal

Dear Evergreen Residents,

Over the past two years we have been negotiating with Spectrum for a bulk services deal for Evergreen. The best offer they can give us is for $48 per month which will be paid directly to Evergreen. As part of your monthly fees you will receive:

Spectrum TV service (150+ channels) with a High Definition Channel Box, PLUS Internet at 100 mbps, a modem and a wireless router.

This deal is only for Select TV and internet. Residents would have to pay for add-ons separately. For example, if someone wants to have phone service and DVR service, they may have to pay $30 +$33 = $63 per month extra. Premium channels would also incur a monthly charge. Any add-ons will be paid directly to Spectrum by the resident.

Additional Information 1.) The rates will be adjusted on an annual basis and the increase would not exceed 6% annually. 2.) The initial contract will be for 6 years. 3.) Residents who are not here during part of the year will still have to pay the monthly cost. 4.) Under this deal, Spectrum will not buy out anyone's existing contract with Dish or Direct TV 5.) We would need 100% participation to receive this deal.
