We welcome applications from new graduates. We have a Senior Speech Pathologist position who will provide supervision along with ongoing mentoring and support as required. Discipline specific meetings will also occur on a monthly basis.

The client caseload is created based on the experience of the staff member. Therefore, a new graduate would have a smaller caseload of clients to allow more time to learn the role and develop skills etc.

All new employees will have access to the Bridges out of Poverty and the Strengths based Practice training. o North Geelong

o Warrnambool

o Portland

o Werribee

The applicant can state which location(s) they are interested in working in. Therapists can work across multiple locations.
