Competition Rules: Contestants must be enrolled in elementary, middle, or high school (3rd - 12th grade) Speeches should include the theme and be 3 to 5 minutes in length Speeches will be judged on:

The decision of the judges will be final. Orators, please check-in no later than 6:00pm. St. Petersburg College -- Tarpon Springs Campus ~ 600 Klosterman Road, Tarpon Springs All 1st place winners MUST present their speech at: Citizens Alliance for Progress 23rd Annual Benefit Banquet Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club on February 25, 2018 at 3:00 p.m.
