Sport Management Minor

The minor in Sport Management requires 18 credit hours and is designed for students with an interest in sport organizations or sport-related business. Required courses include SPMGT 276 and 290; and 12 credits from SPMGT 365, 367, 374, 377, 384, 394, 464, 468, 496, or 497. Credit hours for the minor must include 9 credits of upper-division work taken in residence at WSU or through WSU-approved education abroad or educational exchange courses. With the exception of SPMGT 394, Sport Management courses must be taken for a letter grade.

Students wishing to minor in Sport Management may apply to the minor after the completion of 60 credit hours (junior standing). To apply, students must complete online application:
