This basically refers to how many classes you need to teach in the Fall (first #) and the Spring (second #). So a 3-3 means you teach 3 in the Fall term, 3 in the Spring term. 2-1 means 2 in Fall, 1 in Spring. 3-0 means all of your courses are "stacked" in one term (here, the Fall term). ................
