Activate and Set Up Your Phone

Set Up Your Phone on Sprint Prepaid 1. From your computer's browser, visit

prepaidactivate. 2. Choose an activation option and click Next. 3. Enter your ZIP code and click Next. 4. When prompted, enter the MEID (DEC) serial

number printed on the label on your phone's packaging. 5. Follow the instructions to select a plan and payment method. ? If you're swapping phones or bringing your

number over from a different carrier, follow the prompts to sign in or provide additional information.

Charge the Battery 1. Insert the small end of the charger cable into

the micro USB/charger jack at the bottom of the phone. 2. Plug the charger into a standard AC power outlet.

Turn the Phone On ? Press and hold the Power key.

Unlock the Screen ? Drag the lock icon in any direction to unlock

the screen.

Activate Your Phone and Complete the Setup Screens 1. Press and hold the Power key to turn the

phone on.

2. When you see the Welcome screen, select a language and tap Start to begin the setup screens.

3. Follow the prompts on the next few screens to get your phone set up.

? Privacy - Select your options and tap Accept and continue to continue.

? Got Google? - Create or sign in to a Google Account. Select additional Google preferences, including Google Location options, as prompted.

? Wi-Fi - Follow the prompts to sign in to an available Wi-Fi network.

? Motorola Migrate - Follow the prompts if you want to use Motorola Migrate to move content from your previous Android phone to your Moto G.

4. Make a phone call to confirm your phone's activation. If your phone is still not activated, visit prepaidsupport for assistance. If you do not have access to the Internet, call Sprint Customer Service at 1-855-639-4644 from another phone.

* You do not need to sign up for a Google Account to use your phone; however, to download content from the Google PlayTM Store app, you must link your phone to a Google Account.

Home Screen & Settings

The home screen is what you see when you first turn on your phone. From here, you can explore apps and more.

? Touch: Touch to choose something. Touch and hold to see options. Drag around or flick to move faster. Or, pinch to zoom some screens.

? Customize: Change Wi-Fi, brightness, and more ? flick the status bar down and touch . Touch for more settings.

? Add shortcuts & widgets: Touch Apps , touch and hold an app or widget, then drag it to your home screen. (To see widgets, touch Apps > WIDGETS at the top.)

Make a Phone Call 1. From home, touch . 2. Enter the number on the phone keypad. 3. Touch to place the call.

Important: Before setting up a Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync account (labeled Corporate), contact your company's Exchange Server administrator for required sign-in information.

Google Play

Google Play is a digital content experience from Google where you can find and enjoy your favorite music, movies, TV shows, books, magazines, and Android apps and games. It's your entertainment hub: you can access it from the Web or from your Android device, and all your content is instantly available across your devices.

Visit prepaidrefill to refill your cash balance by making a one-time payment with a credit or debit card.

Tip: When you're in the camera, swipe right for effects and settings. Rotate the dial to see options. To view pictures in the Gallery, swipe left.
