Choose "EFORMS" from the "Student Tools" drop down on ctcd.edu

Log in.

Select "Texas & Distance Learning Registration" under ST Students in TX or Online.

Select your Campus, your personal information should auto-populate.

Select the Term, Location, Course Name, and Section. Then click the "Add Course for Registration" button.

Pick the Destination that applies to you and "Submit"
