Work has been done to increase the number of applications available for Health and Social Care Partnership staff, and the re-branded “Joint Desktop” will be launched in April 2017. The Joint Desktop is accessed via NHS Virtual Desktop Integration (VDI software), sometimes called NHS apps.The VDI icon looks like this Allows access to both sets of applications simultaneously.Provides a consistent user experience.Can be used from mobile devices and desktop based PC’s.HSCP branded backdrop and HSCP desktop shortcuts.Details of how to get access to the Joint Desktop are noted below.
