Standard Bank Business Online Participant Mandate

it was agreed that:

1. The Participant accept and participate in the Standard Bank Business Online service, as amended from time-to-time, that has been offered to the Principal by The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited (‘SBSA’).

2. The Participant hereby appoints

as the Principal for the purposes of the required agreement (‘the Agreement’) and authorises it to perform the functions of the Principal in terms of the Agreement.

3. The Principal is authorized on behalf of the Participant:

1. to conclude and sign the Agreement, the terms and conditions of which the Participant has acquainted itself and hereby

accepts;

2. * to appoint and terminate the appointment of the Designated Person(s)*;

3. to generally perform any act or do anything required or prescribed by the Agreement.

4. *As provided for in the Principal Mandate,

is/are appointed to act as the Participant Authorised Signatory(s) *jointly/severally on behalf of the Participant to appoint and

terminate the appointment of the Participant’s Designated Person(s)*;

5. Any act performed or obligation undertaken by the Principal arising from the Agreement shall be deemed to have been performed or undertaken by the Participant.

6. This resolution shall be deemed to form part of the Agreement with immediate effect.
