He expressed thanks to Mr. Albert Tsang and Ms. Angie Du and Google for hosting and providing the essentials necessary for the meeting. Mr. Albert Tsang welcomed the experts to the meeting, provided details regarding the facility and thanked the experts for the important work that they do. Mr. Griffin mentioned that the focus of this meeting will be to prepare for the upcoming IEC TC 108 HBSDT October meeting in Toronto.Introductions were made. The group was informed that a combination Attendance Sheet/Membership List was being circulated. It was indicated that it should be filled in and corrected as necessary. Our last meeting was hosted in Yinchuan, China in April 2017 and the next meeting is an October, 2017 meeting in Toronto, Canada.
